She holds her yoga teaching certificate from OM yoga in nyc and has over a decade of dance experience including jazz, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, tap, partnering, modern and ballet. Pamela has studied with several professional dance companies and choreographers among which are Wade Robson (Britney Spears), Danny Williams (Tap Dogs), Mia Michaels (So You Think You Can Dance) and many others. Humanity inspires me to be more present in my life and to take an active role in inspiring others. I stand for harnessing the experiences of life and for creating art and meaning with our lives. Sacred activism plays a huge role in my life because I believe in the power of giving. The only way you can show up with endurance in your life through relationships or community is if you show up from a meaningful place. When you connect first with who you are and what experiences shaped you into how you’re showing up in the world today, you can give back from your own authentic experience. I do this with acting, teaching and sacred activism. |
